Comming Soon - Free PM SharePoint Template

I will be releasing a free SharePoint Template for a basic Project Mangement site with some added bells and whistles!

I will be Demoing the template at the SharePoint Users Group of Washington D.C.’s conference on June 26-27 ( http://www.sugdc.org/ ) If you are at the conference stop by and see it. If not I will be releasing it for general consumption the week of July 13th

What elements make a good Project Mangement Resource Center in SharePoint?

What elements make a good Proposal Resource Center in SharePoint?
On a High level I would say that:
• Enables the sharing of proposal related documents through all stages
• Uses shared task assignments, calendars to support collaborative communications
• Enables real-time strategic and tactical decision making
• Uses workflow processes to monitor and discipline teams
• Makes data retrieval and related internal communications virtually instantaneous
• Reduces the cost of training project management staff
• Improves compliance by creating a comprehensive audit trail

What do you think on a detailed level this means in SharePoint?
